We would like to remind all our guests that following Legislative Decree no. 79 of 23/05/2011 and the Ministry of Internal Affairs Circular no. 400/A/2012/23.1.3 of 05/03/2012, it is also aregister in Hotels.
No accommodation can be given to Clients without a valid identity card.
No client can declare the identity of another guest, even declaring taking full responsibility.
We regret having to inform you that, according to the relative legislation, we will have to refuse check-in in the event of failure to show an identity document or passport, otherwise we are personally responsible before the law in the event of checks, with consequent criminal sanctions.
For minors unaccompanied by their parents, in addition to an Identity Card or Passport, a written statement by their parents is also compulsory, showing the dates of the accommodation, together with a photocopy of the identity documents of the parents.
